Shipping

Please allow 10-21 business days (US) for delivery of your items. We make every product per order to ensure the highest quality and functionality possible. Please note that after your order is completed, 1-3 business days will be allotted to process your order to ensure you receive the highest quality product. Processing times are counted as separate days to shipping.

We package and ship your order as soon as possible and are therefore unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

Any purchases made with unverified or pending payment can and will be subject to an additional processing period until payment is verified. Please make sure your account has sufficient funds to ensure this issue doesn't occur.

It is very important you enter a VALID mailing address for you order. If the postal service is unable to deliver the product due to your address being invalid, we will not be able to deliver you a return nor a refund.

If you are looking to return a product please contact our "returns" page to get information on shipping your product back for a return.

We are not responsible for any customs that may occur.
